If WHR cancels a Lapping Day for any reason prior to 12:00 noon, all participants will receive a 100% credit
toward another regularly scheduled Lapping Day.

If WHR cancels a Lapping Day for any reason after 12:00 noon, all participants will receive a 50% credit
toward another regularly scheduled Lapping Day.

Only credits will be issued for cancelations, no refunds will be given. This credit will remain in the system
until December 31 of the calendar year following the year the original payment was made (i.e., if the original
payment is made in 2015 the credit will be good until December 31, 2016). If the credit is not used by that
date it will expire.

Lapping Day credits will be visible online during checkout when you reach the payment page, you can
redeem your credit at that time.

Lapping Days will be held as scheduled regardless of the number of signups.

Lapping Days will not be canceled due to rain. The track may shut down briefly but
otherwise we DO lap on a wet track.

Lapping days on the fringe (i.e., April, October) MAY be canceled due to expected snow or freezing temps.
If cancelled due to weather, the web site will be updated with specific information about that date no later than
7am the day of the event. Unless the web site specifically says the date is canceled, it is on. |
