Participants who cancel more than 7 days prior to the event will receive a 100% credit towards a future track event.

"No shows" receive zero credit, cancelations must be done ahead of time.

No credit is given after your vehicle touches the race track (except for cancelations by us).

For cancelations within 7 days of an event, a $50 processing fee will be assessed and the remaining credit is valid until December 31 of the following year.
