Open Lapping Days will NOT be canceled due to rain. The track may shut down briefly for lightning or heavy rain, otherwise we DO lap on a wet track.

Lapping days at the fringes of the season (early April and late October) MAY be canceled due to expected snow storms or
below freezing temps. If a lapping day is cancelled due to weather, the web site will be updated with
specific information about that date no later than 7:00 am the day of the event. Unless the web site specifically says the date is canceled, it is on.

Gates will be open no later than 7:00 am.

Drivers Meeting ~ 8:30 am. For afternoon-only attendees, a drivers meeting will be held at end of the lunch hour.

Track will be hot all day with an hour lunch break around noon.

Sessions will be determined on an as needed basis. We try to schedule the day to maximize track time, we may divide sessions into a "race" and "open track" and "DE solo" group to maximize safety and quality time for all drivers.

Anyone who, by their on-track behavior appears to track management to have inadequate driving skills or etiquette will be black-flagged and given a partial refund or credit toward a future school event. |
